KbdKaz 500 - free keyboard layout for Windows

KbdKaz 500 is a set of character tables encapsulated in .dll file just the same as system keyboard layouts in Windows. As you can see below, both dll files contain only one function 'KbdLayerDescriptor' - which gives access to character tables.

No keyboard filters, no internet access, pure native method of entering characters.
